You can still find a few of the painted signs around Pokesdown that would have been used to advertise shops or goods.
A nice window into the past still visible.
On the side of Da Maria on Seabourne Rd, many probably walk by this everyday. Signs of this quality are probably quite rare now.
This sign is above a converted shop on Clarence Park Road. It’s still just visible.
OK, probably not as old as the others, but better than a blank wall 🙂
